Hall rental for weddings is 6 hours. Hall rental for graduations, anniversary's, shower's, birthday's, communion's, baptism's or funeral's is 4 hours. Room rental may apply.
Designated time period will be scheduled for the hall rental with hall closing no later than 1:00am., bar and music to stop 1/2 hour before hall rental ends. Additional hour rental is $125.00. If additional bartender time needed price is $25.00 each extra hour.
Included with catering for the final count- Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger-ale, Tonic water, orange, grapefruit and cranberry juices, lemons, limes, translucent cups, stirrers, bar napkins and ice. Additional price per person $3.00 for late arrival guests not included for meal.
Contract holder is responsible to purchase alcoholic beverages. NO CAN or BOTTLE BEER. Hall has 3 keg cooler's with tap for beer.
Decorating, set-up & deliveries to be scheduled no more than 2 hours before rental begins unless arranged prior to event. No tape, tacks, nails or sticky decorations on the walls, doors, windows, tables. etc.
Any items, such as bounce houses, mechanical bulls, etc. not provided by Washington Lions Park Associations rental agreement must be approved by the Board of Directors in advance of the event. If approved an insurance binder, naming "The Washington Lions and Washington Lions Park Association, It's Successor's and/or Assigns" as additional insured, must be provided with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in liability insurance.
Washington Lions requires $200.00 and Chef Raymone requires $200.00 deposits to secure hall. Security deposits returned after event is finished and paperwork is processed.
Washington Lions Gazebo- Rental for gazebo with hall reservation $50.00. If access to picnic tables is needed then there is an additional $50.00 fee
Washington Lions Gazebo- Rental for gazebo without hall reservation $150.00. If access to picnic tables is required then there is an additional $50.00 fee.
Gazebo as ceremony site $150.00 which includes decorated arch, 30-35 white chairs set up for ceremony.If access to picnic tables is required then there is an additional $50.00 fee.
Please confirm gazebo reservation at time of contract as the public can reserve and if picnic tables are required.
